"The whole place is exceptional! We have stayed before and as a family it’s one of our happy places. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, facilities are spotless and it’s a beautiful setting and interior design. The food wasn’t as good as our previous stays the restaurant was a little slow and our food was on the cold side but the charming staff made up for it. We preferred breakfast when it was in the main property the kids were disappointed the pancakes had...

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The breakfast was remarkable - so much choice and they even poached eggs for me instead of the standard scrabled eggs. Great, friendly and prompt service. In the room, the the coffe and tea offerings were also so much better than what I have been given at other hotels. Location was fabulous - easy access to Windsor town centre plus able to close access to the Long Walk for a bracing walk after Christmas festivities. Felt very safe area."

"This is a place for when you want to toyally switch off, relax and gave a great nights sleep. Having no TV on the room, meant we went to bed early, heard no a sound all night and came away fully refreshed after one night. There are a couple of nice pubs and restaurants in walking distance and the Thai Orchid is fab."
