"The whole place is exceptional! We have stayed before and as a family it’s one of our happy places. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, facilities are spotless and it’s a beautiful setting and interior design. "I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The breakfast was remarkable - so much choice and they even poached eggs for me instead of the standard scrabled eggs. Great, friendly and prompt service. In the room, the the coffe and tea offerings were also so much better than what I have been given at other hotels. Location was fabulous - easy access to Windsor town centre plus able to close access to the Long Walk for a bracing walk after Christmas festivities. Felt very safe area."

"This is a place for when you want to toyally switch off, relax and gave a great nights sleep. Having no TV on the room, meant we went to bed early, heard no a sound all night and came away fully refreshed after one night. There are a couple of nice pubs and restaurants in walking distance and the Thai Orchid is fab."

"I booked this hotel because i had an early flight put of Heathrow and wanted to be closer. Their rating was 'wonderful', and it was. I didn't sleep well, whether it was the bed feel or too cool temp or both, but the hotel itself is awesome. It is very vibrant, bustling in the lobby, great for older kids (air hockey), grabbing a late bite in the lobby reataurant, etc. I just needed a bed and got it and a shower, a bite, and it was wonderful! "Vi hadde en leilighet med ett soverom her. Kjøkken, spisested, sovesofa og king size seng. Nytt og moderne. Frokost i 9. etasje med flott utsikt. Kort vei til Windsor, som er en flott by og ikke bare et slott). Utrolig komfortabel seng. Både stikkontakt og usb-lading ved senga. Også den nye usb-c. Det settes pris på. Skal jeg pirke på noe, så er det smart-tv som er begrenset til lyd og youtube via chromecast. "

"As we arrived late we had to do the auto check in via the lodge keypad, they keypad didn’t quite work for us as expected but the staff on site soon came to our rescue. The property is lovely and is finished to a premium standard, unfortunately we didn’t have time to eat in the restaurant but the menu looked good, we would definitely stay here again if we were in the vicinity. "
