"笑顔で対応してくれて基本的に気持ちよく過ごせました。ただ、朝御飯が付いていたのですが、スタッフ間で言っていることが変わったりして、７時に部屋に用意すると言ってくれてたのに翌朝は、朝御飯付いていないと言われたり７時に調理スタッフが来るのに７時に持っていけるわけないでしょうと言われたり…コロコロ話が変わっていました。朝食は７時から１０時の説明を受けていたし、メニュー表にも書いてありました。そこは統一してほしいと感じました。 "

"When we checked in at the Sakaye we found the sheets and some pillowcases where dirty, I mean round brown stains on sheets. Tried to take a shower in the bath and there was hair everywhere, dirty water was filling in the bath because the stopper was not working. Did not like the idea of a shower/bath in one. Complained and was upgraded to another room and everything was clean. Did not like having a shower in the bath and found it too high for me and the kids to climb into, the staff gave me a...

"The property is secluded, quiet and safe. The staff are excelling in their customer service and goes beyond in assisting us. The kitchen was fully equiped and the stove plays up, may require deep clean but overall safe to use. We enjoyed hanging out in the pool to ourselves delight and the 3 bedrooms are spacious and equipped with own bathrooms and ensuite. Giving 5 star overall!!"

"Probably found H K Villa to be my most enjoyable stay in Bali to date , loved the Villa the pool and the staff were most helpful and pleasant "

"Great place to stay but isolated location 25min walk to city center or cafes. Many bugs on the bed due to the inner forest location at the first room so we complained about it and they helped us move to a way cleaner room afterwards so it was all good. Great vibe by nature! Not recommended to those who hate bugs in a sleeping room."
