First off day of arrival - no cold running water so no taps/ shower or flushing toilet for our 2 rooms. Fixed quickly so that’s ok. Two days later water goes off again during the night, only realising this when we try flushing the toilet.... you can imagine. We get keys to an empty room for use of the shower that morning but tell them if it’s not fixed on our return we want to move rooms. Staff get it fixed that day apparently with a new part. However, the A/C in our kids room has started leaking over their floor so they move down a room anyway. Final night of 8 and yep, water goes off again just before going out for the evening. We get keys to rooms downstairs to sleep in because by this time i’ve really had enough. On our return we’re told it’s fixed so we sleep in our own rooms, and yep you guessed it, during the night it’s off again . By this time we’ve also realised that our rooms just happen to be the oldest, crappiest rooms in the place. Go to pay the bill on departure and look for some compensation to be told the manager isn’t in and there’s nothing they can do.... fair enough the staff were really nice and only doing their jobs. Warned them that this review wouldn’t be pretty, went to our rooms to get cases and took a drink from the fridge coz the bill was paid and I couldn’t care less by now. on return to the reception got asked to pay for the drink where I then told them the manager could bill me..... or words to that effect. Nice staff - won’t be back
