Good hotel better staff. Had an issue with 2 of our 3 rooms with our AC and the staff moved us quickly and with a smile. Only complaint would be that too many people didn't respect other diners when smoking. Someday the country will catch up with the rest of the world regarding smoking in public.

We turned up to the hotel after a long flight to discover our room was not available as it was not booked through Expedia to the hotel. I have since contactsed Expedia and to date have yet to receive any sort of response as to why this occurred and a full reduced as we did not stay at the hotel and had to arrange alternative accommodation and transport to this hotel.

Short stay between travelling to North Bali
I only booked 1 night just before heading to North Bali for a few days and found this was quite a good place to spend the night,Cheap the room was clean and very close to all the restaurants you could ever need on Dewi Sri,Would stay here again no worries.

Lovely place to spend your time in Bali
Stayed here for a week with my wife in Jan 2016. Lovely hotel with ground floor rooms arranged around a small swimming pool. Rooms cleaned daily. Air conditioning worked fine, nice power shower. 24hr hot water. Safe in room. They'll make you anything you want for breakfast within reason. We're Vegetarian & had no problems. Staff lovely and will arrange sightseeing if you want. We hired, locally, a 5yr old Toyota Almera for 200K IDR (around £10) per day & this made it much easier (& cheaper) to sightsee. I cannot stress enough that if you are using taxi's then use Uber to avoid paying double or more than you should & also avoid having to haggle. The Uber fare from the Airport to this hotel is around 40K IDR. We didn't use Uber & ended up paying 80K IDR & were also quoted 170K inside the Airport too! Use Uber else you WILL get ripped off by the taxi's. The hotel is in a quiet side street around a 15min drive from Kuta beach where you will also find many operators who will arrange tours for you (be prepared to bargain hard & get at least 3 or 4 quotes for the excursions you want to do). All in all we had a great time here & would recommend this hotel.

Good experience.
Firstly, the staff was great. They made it their first priority to try to make every guest feel at home. The hotel is a bit far from Kuta beach but it is nice having some peace. With the low taxi prices you can easily get there. The breakfast was not bad either. I would recommend staying here.

Stayed in room 108 which smelt really bad of mold and asked the managementt o fix the smell which was attacked with deodorant cans which lasted about half an hour. No room change was offered. The room only had a single PowerPoint for charging which was pitiful. The pictures are very misleading, the rooms are dirty. A previous tennants snot was left smeared on the wall next too one bed. Mold in the corners of the shower. The shower head sprays in every directioni ts not meant too.Multiple tv's in the motel have dead pixel lines in the screens. It is cheap, there aren't enough employees maintaining a quality establishment unfortunately. The breakfast is not a quality buffet, and the basic goreng offered was cold when served but took 30minutes to be served.

A perfect place to stay!
Palloma was a beautiful hotel to stay. I was there for 12 days. Room was cleaned daily along with bottled water. Cold aircon and hot great shower, fridge, cable and awesome wifi. Choice of breakfast daily in open sitting/eating/chilling area. Pool was a lil luke warm but not unexpected in a place so hot, sunchairs with sun most of the day. The staff are absoultly wonderful and so very very helpful. So very highly recommend. Loved my stay there. Macdonalds, starbucks and thai within a 2 minute walk. But hotel not on busy street so really quiet regarding traffic. Taxis are around $2.50/$3 australian to heart of kuta and will find within seconds, or hotel can call. Was so happy with my choice in hotels and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Hotel was great, service excellent but the room smelled of cigarette smoke. For this reason I would not stay again we are not smokers and had to wash our clothes after we left.

When we arrived it looked like our room hadn't been cleaned, sheets were dirty and towels were tainted brown. We had to ask three times for new sheets and had to ask for new toilet paper rolls each time we ran out. The day after we got there a group of school children had arrived to stay at the hotel, we were told we should order breakfast to our room because there wouldnt be enough room. We were also put in a room right next to the reception/breakfast area and it was very loud in the mornings, the other guests were also loud at night and early in the morning (I know the hotel cannot help this but maybe should have put us in a less central room as they knew the group of school children were coming). "Buffet" breakfast was a joke. We got a selection of either american or indonesian breakfast and never actually got what we ordered! Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Palloma Hotel - Exceptional staff/service.
Found was a bit far away from shops etc however would be good for someone trying to escape this. Rooms are basic however this hotel is great value for money, great friendly and helpful staff!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. Great rooms with movie channels, fridge, good bathroom, comfortable beds. Only downside is perhaps the location to the beach or Kuta Centre. Would recommend :)

Nice and Hotel in walking distance to restaurants
Staff were very friendly, hotel was clean and situated in a quiet alley way very close to Restaurants and 7-11. Breakfast was included, however, it was an 'Asian style' breakfast and not Continental or English style breakfast. The Hotel has free Wifi - however, this can be a little slow. It's close to Macca's so the Wifi is free as well, but a stronger signal.

My stay was fairly comfortable for 5 days although the shower had rust and dirty tiles, my bed sheets were stained and the roof had water leeks along with it looking like it had leaked a lot previously. And no DVD player in the room, when asked if I could rent one they had no idea what I was asking, Breakfast was poor..no eggs of any sort toast condiments etc had bugs all over it There was 1 plate of bug ridden fruit. Not the best stay I probably wouldn't stay here again.

This is a good budget hotel We were satisfied with the hotel for the price that we paid. Only a few bad points: our hotel room was close to the lobby area and it was really noisy at night and in the morning because there was music playing in that area quite loudly. Our room was humid and smelled like humidity .

Le bas des murs était moisi, la toilette et le lavabos étaient TRÈS usés. L'hôtel se situe assez loin de Kuta, mais nous y sommes restés 2 nuits, c'était seulement un transit. Ce sont les seuls points négatifs. Le lit était grand, propre, confortable, la piscine était accessible et calme, le déjeuner excellent!

직원들은 친절하고 호텔은 저렴한가격이지만 가격대비 괜찮았습니다. 첫날 배정해준 방은 에어컨이 잘되지않아 바꿔달라했고 바꿔준방이 훨씬 나았어요. 수영장도있는데 규모가 크지는 않아요. 다만 꾸따안쪽에 위치해있고 유명호텔이 아니라그런지 길을 몰라헤매는 택시기사가있었어요. 영어도못하는분이라 말도안통하고 진땀뺐어요ㅜㅜ 하지만3박에 한국돈6만원정도로 굉장히저렴하게 이용했는데 가격을생각하면 만점입니다. 꾸따뽀삐스와 스미냑까지 택시비는 한국돈으로 5천원도 안나오니 택시타고 이동하는데는 부담없습니다.

We verbleven hier ter overbrugging voor een nachtje. Het zwembad is beschut in het midden van het hotel. Genoeg eet gelegenheden in de buurt. Het strand/de drukte van het centrum van Kuta is een stukje lopen. Een heerlijke warme douche, koelkast en tv op de kamer; wat ons betreft prima budget hotel.

前もって下見に行った時に案内された部屋は前にも部屋があり暗い感じでしたが、 宿泊当日の部屋は２階のプールビューの明るい部屋でシャワーの水量、湯温も申し分 なく、朝食はアメリカンタイプかインドネシア料理のミーゴレンかナシゴレンでまあまあでした、スタッフはフレンドリーで親切で感じが良かったです。

最低限のきれいさを保っているホテルです。まだ新しいホテルなのに掃除が行き届いていない感じ。 一応、毎日のルームクリーニングは入りますが、大してきれいにしてる感じはないです。 でも、これは日本と比べての話でバリでは普通なので。。。(笑) シーツと布団カバーは、言わないと交換しません。でも、言えば何でも大丈夫です。 優秀なホテルスマネージャーがいるので、その方に言えば、なんでも大丈夫です。 場所は、繁華街やビーチには遠いです。 レンタカーやレンタルバイクなどをして、尚且つバリの道に詳しい方には最高です！ バイパスがすぐなので、どこに行くにも便利です。歩く方には不向きです。 大きすぎるホテルではないので、うるさい中国人観光客の団体様が来ることもないので安心です。 インドネシア人が多いです。白人が数人です。 私は快適でした！車で動くには最高です。渋滞もないし(笑)

いろいろ、近くにあって便利です！！
航空券のセットで、予約させてもらいました。 値段が安かったので、あまり期待していなかったのですが、こじんまりとした清潔なホテルで 大変満足しています！！ 何より、スタッフが親切でフレンドリー！！彼らのおかげで始めてのバリでしたが、とても快適に過ごせました。 他の方がレビューに書かれていた、トイレの臭いは私は全然きになりませんでした。 ランドリーサービスなどもあり、ホテル近くには併設されたレストラン（お洒落で値段もリーズナブル）コンビニ、タクシードライバーのたまり場など、市街地から少し離れていますが、不便さは感じませんでした。徒歩でもレギャン通りまで20分くらいです。 ちなみに、ホテル自体は有名ではないので、マクドナルドを目印にすると、ドライバーに伝わりやすいです。
