The rooms that we booked 201/203/204/205/206 were okay, one of the room AC was not cold when we checked in, then the technical staff was so helpful to fix the problem, he said freon is added but at the end still not cold. We asked them to wash the filter which was so thick with dust then its solved. Bath room condition need maintenance, especially the shower head, and the water was flooding while we had shower. water taste like sea water. Overall was ok only for 2 nights stay. Breakfast with few selection and it was good, but tasteless, the fried tempe very hard to eat, the rest of the menu was good, pls maintain the quality of the food too

Old, run-down crappy hotel
For the same price you can get more decent hotels (newer & in better condition). Poorly maintained. Crap toilet. Only booked this hotel for a night because I wanted to rest for a couple of hours before heading to airport on the same day.

Staff is friendly and polite. The room smelled of mould, there was a mould patch in the bathroom. A/C was noisy and it sounded like a truck.

Hotel location is quite strategic. It is only 15 minutes walk to double six beach. Many cafe and restaurant can be found nearby. Breakfast is not good. It only have few choices and table are limited. But for cheap room rate, we can't complain about the menu. Me and my wife got red bumps on our legs and hips after 2 night stay here. We are not sure 100% it is because their bed, but we suspect it came from the bed.

Experience !!! Would never recommend this hotel to anyone ! Stayed one night was book & paid for 4 nights stay , left the next morning without making a complaint just wanted to get out of there find somewhere nice to stay !

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Room cleaned everyday and a great breakfast.close to all you need in legian and beach. We will be back there again. Great for relaxing and very quiet. Did a lot of reading and swimming

Staying two nights at the level one. The room floor and table always wet whole day long. Just like somebody just mop the floor. The sanitair knob is dirty and slimy. Water leaking from the jet washer while the handle slimy as well. Bed are ok. The buffet breakfast are various for the price point.

Good for a Short Stay
A decent mid-range hotel, worth a stay if you get a good rate. My first room had several issues (broken window lock on ground floor; easy to climb in, and broken security box). The staff responded straightaway and moved me to a better room. The pool is beautiful to look at as you enter the building, but the shape doesn't really encourage hanging out around it unless you can score one of the two seats at the very end. It was typically full of loud kids and there isn't a lot of room in there! Otherwise, exceptional staff and good experience.

Cheap hotel for a one night stay.
All went well until we had to check out and there was a problem with the lid on the garbage bin which was broken when we arrived, it took at least 5 staff and management to come to the conclusion that we were allowed to leave after we said we would pay for a new one even though we didn't do it, we had a driver waiting and it was very embarrassing to be accused of wrecking a small $10 garbage bin. We are 60 year olds and not into wrecking motels. Very embarrassed.

Avoid this hotel unless you don't mind dirty room
Low standards of cleanliness for the room. Our bed sheets have lots of stains on them, bath towels and bath mats also have stains. Glass has some water stains, too. Phone in the room is not working. There were Cold coffee and food for the breakfast in the morning. I'm not sure why. We couldn't be bother to ask for changing everything because We thought those are their low standards for cleaniess. Location is good, only minutes walk to the beach. Staffs are fair but not quite helpful. No Bintang or alcoholic drinks in the hotel.

Nice, clean, cheap hotel in great location
We have stayed in this area a few times now and noticed Amaris last time we stayed. We walked through and thought it looked prettty modern, clean etc so we thought we'd give it a go. Glad we did cause it's a great location, clean, secure, friendly staff. The breakfast was maybe a 2 out of 5, that's just cause it was Indo only, and we prefer Western brekky. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels etc, can't really complain for the price, would definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to people. We didn't swim in the pool as it's right in the middle of the rooms (ie all the balconies look down on it) and it didn't see much sun - but it's a nice pool and plenty of people were swimming in it. I noticed in the photos before we stayed that there were no pictures of a bathroom, so we weren't sure what it was going to be like! The shower and toilet are in a mini-ensuite type thing in the room, and the basin was in the actual room just outside of the bathroom - which wasn't a problem, there were 2 mirrors and a good little shelf next to the basin. The room includes breakfast, 2x bottled water each day, shower gel and shampoo, slippers, soap and the travel toothbrushes & toothpaste which was all a nice surprise in a budget hotel.

Not always a bargain but sometimes worth it.
When we first arrived we were politely greeted and given our rooms keys. Our rooms was in no shape to be occupied. There were stains on our sheets and towels. We had to call front desk they immediately apologize and sent housekeeping which was nice; however it took them over 30-45 minutes to find clean sheets. We were literally standing in the room as the housekeeper went through countless sheets before finding a pair that didn't have some sort of disgusting stain or marking on it. We were contemplating leaving the hotel because of this and on top of that our air conditioner started leaking. This all happened within the first few hours of our arrival. Needless to say we were not impressed. Outside of this unpleasant beginning the remainder of our stay was enjoyable. It is a five minute walk to the beach, which was extremely convenient, really close to a lot of local restaurants and shops. The staffs English however is very limited. Communicating with them was somewhat difficult and frustrating at times but they are extremely friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible. Breakfast was very nice and had a wide variety of Indonesian food

yummy breakfast and great location.
This hotel is great. Very clean and close to the beach. I stayed a couple nights in kuta but wasn't impressed. This place is a little north of kuta away from all the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to kuta when you want. Legian beach is much better in my opinion. There is an elevator which which is a luxury after staying so many places without one. Very clean and well maintained. Also the free breakfast here is awesome. I would definitely stay here again.

The free water needs to be cold
no fridge, no kettle in room - I was surprised that the rooms did not have these. The staff were nice, the rooms were clean and the price was good - but I won't stay there again

Small but Effevtive
The hotel was recently renovated and is very clean. There is no mini fridge in the rooms and the rooms are very small. Great for a short stay but not recommended if traveling with much luggage or staying longer than a few days. Good free breakfast. Staff extremely friendly.
