"They never told us we had to carry our own bags. Misleading things to the contrary were 1) weight restriction on bags, 2) video shows a couple taking a leisurely walk to their room. 3) made us unpack our bag, and repack into a bag they provided. It was once we reached scooter parking that they handed me our bag and left. When contacted about this they tried to blame my girlfriend who they only told on the scooter ride down.
