We were allowed an early check in without extra fee but had to check out early which we did anyway, good customer service, nice friendly staff. However, there was no wifi and bathroom sink had a leak, no lift.

It was my second time staying here. Always good service and clean facilities. We did ask if we could use an iron. However, they did not have one. But overall, itss a great value. I would definitely stay here again.

Some tiles in the bathroom and in the room need repairs. Also, the water in thr bathroom seems to accumulate by the door

Near the malls. What I didn’t like is the hotel has no elevator. We have to bring or luggage using the stairwell.

In the heart of Legazpi, near St. Raphael's church, malls and fastfood restos. Early checki-n available but maximum 24 hours (there is an hourly rate after that).

The common check-in time of 2pm is adjustable in this hotel. We arrived at the hotel 6am supposedly to leave our things and come back at 2pm check-in, but we were informed that we can check-in earlier and leave at the same time on check-out day. The only problem I noticed was the bathroom water heater that has a defective temperature control. The location is perfect for me as it is very near St. Raphael, a supermkt, a resto and very near central business district. We wanted to maximize our stay at the hotel but due to change of itinerary we have to leave 12 hours earlier. If ever I will have another chance to visit Legazpi, I would choose to stay in this hotel again. Thank you for that wonderful accommodation!

The hotel itself was ok. No elevator but not a huge problem for us. The bathroom is a wet room - and it Definitly got wet haha. But the reception staff all very nice. Good location - close to local amenities etc.

Great place with friendly staff just one small thing they should have shower curtain to stop water getting everywhere it wouldn't cost to much to put in ?i would recommend this hotel to all my friends

Affordable and nice hotel near business centers
The hotel has no elevator so we have to go up and down the stairs. Since there is no parking space at the hotel, our car was parked at the parking area of the nearby hospital. The rooms are clean, the staff are accommodating and courteous. The room rental is affordable. The hotel is near business centers and church.

If you need an inexpensive place to stay, and you don't expect the amenities of a nice hotel, then this might be the place for you. It's convenient to book through Expedia. But if you find yourself in downtown Legazpi City, you can find even more inexpensive places that may be nicer. But you won't find them online.

Hotel Front Desk - Poor service
Went to the Hotel a day before the scheduled stay to verify the amount billed on-line. Also wanted to book an additional room since my niece and her family will be joining us. I was very disappointed that the receptionist manning the front desk cannot answer my question regarding the billing done on-line and they had to make calls that took a long time. It seems that the staff is not aware of the Meaco rates and amenities advertised on-line. One, it was stated on-line that the hotel has free parking, it has none. Please take this out from your ad. The facility is okay except that the rooms are located on the 3rd floor of the building, not recommended for older people and those with disabilities.

チェックイン　アウト　スムーズ時間待ちもなく大丈夫でした 予約もきちんと対応 ただ初日の部屋はwifiが繋がらなく　次の日他の部屋が空きましたので 変更してもらえました 多少タガログ語と英語で話出来る人でなければ難しいかも
