"The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, hot water kettle and dishes. The room was clean and also had a washer/dryer in the bathroom which I loved. We checked in after hours and had limited interaction with the staff but the few times they were friendly. The only thing that I noticed that could have been better is the carpet in the hallway from the elevator to our room appeared to have not been vacuumed while we were there. "Great room with everything you need including a washer and dryer for longer stays. Nice quiet complex and super close to the Brisbance Convention Center which was my reason for staying. I will definitely stay here again."

"Found it difficult to find the entrance to the hotel - kind of tricky to get to and parking is not for cars bigger than a hatchback. Was a very tight squeeze for my SUV. Not a bad location for access to Southbank, arts centre etc. staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a bit run down - lots of space and kitchen/laundry were great, but bedroom and bathroom could use a touch up. Good for a cheap simple stay if you need the space."

"The room was spacious, clean. However, the headboard attached to the wall above the bed was unstable. It fell off the wall when I sat down on the bed which moved as the bed was on wheels. I should have reported it at the time to the manager, but didn't think it was that important. We did get charged a few days after checkout for a broken headboard that wasn't our fault. The manager told us she wouldn't reverse the charge for this as I should have reported it to her and didn't have pictures...

"Absolutely filthy and unhygienic! From grimy, moldy bathrooms to floors that look like they have never been cleaned. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Everything just felt extremely dirty and dusty. "

"Parking was great plenty of spots. Bathroom was run down no water pressure in the shower. Shower was still dirty with grime. Matress was like sleeping on springs had the worse sleep for the 2 night stay. Carpet felt dirty to walk on. "

"Great location but the place could use some update. Due to its close proximity to Brisbane conference center, the price is impacted by conferences. Avoid conference week and other major city event such as rugby tournaments. otherwise you are going to pay 5 star hotel price for this (3.5 star) hotel."

"The room was alright but there was a big window that had a light just outside of it with no curtain over it. I had to cover it with a sheet. Also the en-suite restrooms could use better cleaning. The rooftop bar was closed despite it seemingly being within operating hours."
