"Clean room and the staff was friendly. We stay here often, but this time the room we were in was a bit noisy. Everytime someone flushed a toilet, we could hear the rattle in the pipes and it was quite loud. Also, requested a late check out and it was $15 per hour. Latest we could do was 2 pm. On the Hilton website, it states that late check out is free if you're a hilton member. It also states that if you're a diamond member you could get an even later check out. The price of $15 per hour wasnt too bad, but I was under the impression there wouldnt be a fee considering the website details."

"Airport shuttle prompt and courteous drivers as well as hotel staff. Breakfast is barely passable, though. "

"At check-in the clerk slid my key over and said my room number out loud for all in the lobby to hear. Not safe for a woman travelling on their own; this should be taught in basic training. My room was very far from the elevator, not very convenient considering I checked in at 10:30pm and had to leave the property at 4am. Also not great for a feeling of safety. On top of that, the deadbolt didn't work so I had to prop my suitcase up under the door lock. My room was "New York City"-sized, and there were various sketchy-looking smears from the cleaning; on the toilet seat, doors, etc. Very run-down and sad place."

"Horrible, unhealthy lighting. Extremely damp room with no ventilation to the extent that sheets were damp. We stayed 4 nights and no one from our group slept properly the entire stay. We were unsure if it was due to the lighting, the air quality or something else. Very strange. We travel often for work, stay at many hotels and I have never left an online review in my life. "
