"I cannot say enough positive things about this resort. the staff was very accommodating, and the rooms and entire facility were beautiful. We were very pampered from the time we stepped into the hotel until we checked out. The hotel was a mile or two off the beaten path but we enjoyed not feeling too crowded in. Taxis were everywhere and usually a 10-12$ fee to nightlife, shopping, or airport. We would 100% return to the Joia for our next visit."

"The property is beautiful! The room was perfect and always clean when we returned from a day on the beach. It’s located on Mambo Beach so there are plenty of walkable dining options. The snorkeling was pretty good in front of the property due to the boulders they placed to create what looks like a huge swimming pool in the ocean. We are definitely going back!"
