We were in a room adjacent to the elevators, checked in at 11pm after a long day at a sports event hoping to get some sleep. It was so noisy we could here every word anyone said that walked by. There was music playing all night that could be heard in our room. I would never stay at this hotel again.

very nice continental breakfast and clean room but overall the room amenities need to be replaced/updated. The faucet at the sink was broken. The iron in our room immediately burned a hole through a pair of pants that was meant to be worn to a wedding the same day, so it turned into a major inconvenience for us, and ruined a very expensive pair of pants. It took 20 minutes for the hot water to come on in the shower and there was no hot water at the sink.

Room and common areas were very clean and inviting. Did not like the in room heater/air conditioner. Very noisy even in low. And the toilet was very low to the ground. Overall a positive experience.

The heating/cooling system is clearly antiquated. Levered device on the wall to adjust temperature was not clear to define temperature. Even when turned all the way down, it blew cool then hot air. Some features were dated, but overall the room was fine, and the bed comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Back parking lot felt disconnected and evoked concerns for safety.

Room flooded on first afternoon of two day stay. Was offered another room but did not have time to re-pack everything due to wedding schedule. As a result room was not made up even after notification. No compensation was offered for our inconvenience nor a refund for even one night. Outside exit door was broken and would not lock. Serious security issue. One elevator broken all weekend as well as icemaker on our floor. Very inconvenienced. Had to use steps in most instances.

One night stopover. A lot of items started to show its age. The chair in our room was so disgusting that I only placed some luggage there, never sat in it. Everything (carpet, bed) looked old, except for the one other desk chair, which clearly had been previously replaced. Also, the pool looked like it needed both maintenance and cleaning. While the neighborhood is ok and reasonably safe, I did not like that the reception was empty most of the evening, and anyone could have just walked in. Maybe they are short-staffed, but it just feels a bit less safe.

Absolutely one of the worst stays at a hotel that I have ever had. The hotel staff was incredibly rude. The hotel charged my card five times. The room was dirty, unkempt, and outdated. There were dead bugs in the bathroom, no hot water, bathroom fan was broken, stains on the wall, broken light switches, and more. Bathroom flooded after shower. I would not recommend this hotel.

This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed! We were a little early for check in..and our room wasn’t ready..the guy at the front desk didn’t want to change our room..due to my mom being on a walker..he said it would give her more room! So we left to grab lunch and before we finished he called and said our room was ready!! Smooth check in and the room was amazing..clean..smelled good..and most definitely plenty of room for my mom to move around in!! Excellent stay all around!
