Nice room, comfy bed. Very good breakfast buffet with attentive, responsive staff there. I was only there 12 hours overnight but would go back, as well as recommend it for convenience and comfort.

The room did not have actual bedding just sheets which is terrible. Then the heater/ac system kept making noises so I had to choose between freezing and quiet or noisy and warm. I could not sleep at all had the worst night. Everything hurts it wad terrible. I wanted to give it a chance since Best Western’s are good nation wide, this one is not.

They were very accommodating with our late check in. The breakfast was exceeded our expectations.

Wine country visits take us here multiple times a year. Great place for the money this time of year. Decent breakfast bar, remodeled room. TV is a hassle, and they might as well close the fitness center or move it to the basement. But we always enjoy our stay.

Great for the price
Staff were amazing and stay was great! Few small issues - breakfast was a little disappointing and the trash in our room had not been emptied from the previous guests. Plenty of parking, clean except for the trash can. Overall a wonderful stay for the price and location close to where we needed it.

Hotel needs a remodel which is recognized in the price. The air in the room was very dry for a November stay. It was uncomfortable to breath overnight.

Price was great, and I was able to charge my electric car overnight with no hassle. The location not far from IAD was what I needed. Only complaint is that the beds had sheets but no real blankets. I had to turn the heat up in the room and that was not very comfortable.

I hate giving bad reviews but I think this needs to be said, when we arrived after the check in time room/rooms not ready. When we finally got the room because they said it was ready. We couldn’t get in the room because the safety lock was over the door on the inside instead of offering us another room we had to wait almost 20/25mins while 2 different people tore up the door to get it open for us to get in our room our door already looked like someone broke into the room now even worse splinters of the door on hallway floor & our room. Our bathroom was not clean. Our room smelled like someone smoked in it. When trying to explain to the housekeeping they did not seem to understand what we were saying. When trying to talk to the desk she already seemed stressed that she didn’t really want hear what we said or offer another room. Was not the greatest experience.

The property is easy access off the highway and has a wonderful patio and back area that you wouldn’t expect looking at the front. Quiet and clean. Friendly staff. And a hot buffet breakfast with a fresh omelet station.

Tattered carpet in room, did not like bathroom - it felt old and tub was yellowed. A/c was inconsistent. Sheets did not fit the bed and popped loose during the night. Breakfast was ok. Location convenient to the area but I would not stay again.

There were ants all over our room. We told the front desk and the response was ‘oh. Sorry’ Our shower head was falling off (my husband fixed it) and the toilet ran (we fixed that too). We were sad the pool wasn’t open. It should state that on the site bc we booked three families with the intention that we would hang around the pool together.

The hotel and staff were excellent. 2 issues could have been improved. The water in the shower did not get much hotter than lukewarm. There were no comforters in the beds, only a sheet and a thin blanket. I would have been more comfortable with more generous bedding.
