"For the last 6 years, I come down to Fort Meyers to visit a friend and stay at this location while there. I have noticed that the floors in my room are dirty the last couple of years? Disappointed…it would only take a few minutes of effort to make it right? The rest of my room has been fine. It’s pretty obvious. I like the location and the breakfast arrangement is pretty good."

"Our first stay was okay. It was convenient to be close to the airport. Our return stay was less desirable as we were given a room on the top floor farthest from the entrance without an elevator at that end of the hallway. Two bath towels but only one hand towel and one wash cloth for two people."

Traveling alone with my young daughter i was very disappointed in the front desk staff allowing fast food uber eats delivery people to be in and about without being checked and rooms called! I was spacific about calling me down when my uver driver arrived so i could go down to get it.
