"Very pleasantly surprised by all aspects of the hotel. Very clean, the pool was quiet, everything was working, the jacuzzi nice and "strong", the steam room nice and hot with a eucalyptus scent. The changing room was very tidy and clean. We will be back"

The meal was very nice - but not cheap. The twin room was very basic, but was clean and adequate for a one night stay. The beds were very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Their was no TV remote (should have been checked I think by house staff) however the staff did all they could to find another and sort the problem. "Great location. Stayed in room 1, bed was extremely comfortable, great powerful shower. Room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff were helpful and friendly. Well stocked bar. Would highly recommend."

"Where do I start we got to the hotel on the first night go to the room to find there was no bedding for the kids we got charged for breakfast the next day for the kids the staff are useless the pool was closed by 7pm even tho is stated it was open till 9pm all the carpets in the hall way were taped down or ripped up the place is a joke for the price we paid"
