"The entire hotel staff are very gracious, professional, and accommodating...made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The hotel offers free parking on the premises. "Amazing hotel in a perfect location for both beginners and experienced skiers. The gondola is right outside. Genuine ski in and ski out and the pool was a great bonus. Staff amazing and the resort was great too. "

"The stay at Hotel Edelweiss was, simply put, perfect! Along with an extremely courteous staff, the hotel offers so many options that make your stay wonderful. They have a fantastic breakfast/restaurant, gym, sauna, locker room, and it’s very close to the lifts in Zurs. I will absolutely stay here again!"

"The rooms definitely need renovations. The hallway to reach the room takes a good 20 mn of walk!! On top of having skied all day and paying no less of 700€ a night. The gondola is not even included to reach the town (only at check-in and check-out) which is an additional 22€ per couple per ride. The bed is not comfortable at all and still using 2 single beds which is not adequate for a couple. Room service stops at 9pm which does not make sense! "
