Two things to consider: 1) on street parking required a few passes until we found a spot 2) the Bed was comfortable; the Breakfast did not meet expectations. There were stains on rugs in the bathroom that needed washing and when I searched for a plug under the bed it was so dusty I didn't want to reach under to plug my phone in.
