"Upon arrival, the manager that checked us in forgot to charge me for incidentals and had to have me come back to the desk to pay for them. I didn’t think anything of it at first, people make mistakes.

Allergic to dust.. I spent the entire weekend sneezing and wheezing. When I asked to change rooms I was offered one room on the floor with the boys hockey team and was told I would not be given any additional opportunities to change rooms once I moved. As if I was changing rooms for kicks. I asked if I could upgrade to a bigger room on a different floor from the hockey team kids. At first I was told yes, it would be another $20. I said that’s great, yes please. Then I was told no because I booked with Expedia, I would have had to cancel my reservation, losing out on the second day I paid for and buy another room. I spent too much money to have a nice weekend away and was miserable the entire time.. the manager was accusing and not accommodating at all.. the second day I was there I was able to get fresh linens and a cloth from one of the ladies that worked there so that I could dust myself.. by then the damage was done and my sinuses were so sore. I’m so disappointed. Our first stay there was wonderful. This stay was terrible. The rest of the staff was lovely. The breakfasts are incredible! Sadly will never be staying there again."
