"I enjoyed the stay. The room was nice , it was as clean, and the bed was comfortable. I liked the hot tub and there was plenty to do with the giant chess board and the corn hole. It was a short walk to downtown but they also had a great shuttle service I used when it was raining. The parking garage was also convenient and easily accessible. I will be staying here again."
"It’s a brand new hotel and much needed in the area. Our room was great though it was on the first floor looking into the parking well. The hotel wasn’t full (very off season) so that was odd. As was the bar and restaurant being closed with notice on the website. But if I were there to vacation (we were there for hospital facilities) I’d book the hotel. It was just an off time for Vail."
"The Sonnenalp doesn’t seem to offer the warm hospitality I remember from previous visits. Half of the hotel was closed for shoulder season and my spa experience was quite disappointing (although the space space is stunning and meticulously maintained!). They still wanted to charge us a $55 daily resort fee and $55 daily parking fee. I feel confident that we were not enjoying the full benefits of the resort in the shoulder season and we were surprised to have this resort fee added at the wnd of our stay. High notes of our stay were the lovely room!, the nightly turndown with cookies, the Bully Bar food/staff/vibes."
"Staff is great, rooms were clean, pool area was clean, hot tub was warm
Family owned business which is rare these days!! I had to extend my stay and they let me keep my same room without question!
I will stay here again!! For sure."
"We have stayed at Beaver Run 15+ times, we love it for family trips. The only complaints I have is that there is never any record of us being loyal customers, it’s always like hi, have you stayed with us before? I love it when I get a welcome back, even from Hilton. Also, the pricing in the store is absolute robbery, think Vegas casino convenience store. Bring everything or run to King Soopers.
The hot tubs are wonderful and the staff are always friendly"
"St Moritz is a perfect spot to stay - reasonable rates with varied room options to accommodate any group size. The most friendly staff bringing back the social lobby vibe. Heated pool to soak in and a steam room. Highly recommend"
