"Great location, room w balcony was lovely as was pool area. We missed the first night due to all trains to Marseille being cancelled but they wouldn’t refund our first night (which I do understand) or I didn’t even get my free beverage at check in (after a long car ride to get there). staff was ok but not super friendly at front desk (at least the gentleman at check out). The bar was swarming w fruit flies including all over the fruit they were using so that put me off getting a slice of lemon...

"This is a lovely hotel in the middle of town and walkable to everything. The staff is beyond wonderful and went out of their way to make my stay perfect. The beds are comfortable and the linens are high quality. The robe and slippers were so nice. I highly recommend staying."

"This charming small hotel was a great base from which to visit Aix and all of Provence. It is a short walk to the historic district and the informative and helpful tourist information center.
The hotel staff were helpful and knowledgable — when we wanted a special tour on short notice, they arranged for a driver/guide with no fuss.
The room was modern, comfortable, quiet and cool (we were there in the middle of heatwave, and the room was a great place to recover from the heat).
