"Check in was quick and easy with friendly staff. The room was so clean with all amenities. The breakfast was great! Lots to choose from! I had the egg and cheese english muffin sandwich, hash browns, yogurt, fruit cocktail and coffee."

"Paid for a room eith view if Parliament...they upgraded me to a king bed with no view. Not sure that was an upgrade from a queen with view. Esp since i was alone...no need for a bigger bed. On my way down in elevator this morning it stopped on MZ for a few minutes and then DROPPED to ML! I was in panic mode as I had to catch a train. Thankfully doors opened. Nice hotel ans staff but needs some updating for sure."

"Absolute best value for money! Every time I’ve stayed there, the rooms have been impeccable, staff super friendly and even the continental breakfast is fresh with plenty of choices. Will never go any where else!"

"The poor was very nice, super warm. Breakfast was hot and enjoyable. Clean room and friendly staff. However the hotel was extremely noisy. Our room had a conjoined room and you could hear every single word they spoke. I finally had to call the desk at midnight to ask them to be quiet because it sounded like the entire family was standing in our room. You could also hear a few parties and arguing well past midnight. We were in town for an early doctors appointment for my 4 years old so it was a little disappointing having to be up so late. "
