"What a beautiful location! We used the trains and buses so the hotel was very convenient. Someone was there to greet us upon arrival but there is a self check-in that is helpful when arriving at various times. Breakfast was available at an extra charge but can be eaten there or taken with you. The shower is in the room so with four people there was a little less privacy and space but beds were comfortable and it is very quiet. This was a great place for us to branch out from this little town...

"We received a warm welcome from the reception once we arrived, and the check-in went fluently. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. The cable-train is right in front of the hotel, which makes it super convenient especially when you finished your day in Cran Montana skiing. The breakfast is simple but nicely prepared, not to mention the Italian coffee. Overall very pleasant and chill experience, and very grateful for the help from the owner. :D"

"After some terrible train trouble in Italy, we got here after check in was closed.     "The clerks were very welcoming and pleasant. Check in was done with a smile comfortably sitting outside on the balcony with a drink. The room assigned to this old guest had a beautiful bathroom but the tub was not practical for me. I was immediately transferred to an equally beautiful room with a balcony with a splendid view of the mountain range AND a very nice walk-in shower. I loved the friendliness and the majestic mountains. Chandolin boutique hotel exceeded my expectations."
