"The room was large and the bed comfortable. Good size bathroom. A fan was provided as no air-conditioning. The only downside was the window did not open and had a closed shutter on the outside. Not too much of a problem as only slept there but initially it felt a little claustrophobic. Great location. Would stay there again but only in a room with a window you could see out of and opened."

"We stayed at the residence for 3 weeks, the staff and the director were very helpful, We are elderly, some of the rooms do not consider this, and this should in my opinion be made available. Hotels.com was useless in resolving our issue, spoke to a supervisor who was useless. plenty to say but did not resolve our problem. my wife and I resolved it by communicating with the directors, who then understood our issue and quickly resolved it. One important issue, the fire alarm was activated one evening around 2230 hrs, there was no emergency evacuation procedure, and this should be resolved, with clear instructions on all accommodation doors, with a larger noticeable procedure in the main reception area. "Lovely hotel very close to the beach with wonderful staff, particularly Sylvie who was lovely with our children and very helpful. Having your own parking space is top value in a village which is almost impossible to park in. Pools were perfect temperature and the aircon in the bedrooms was blissful as we stayed during a heat wave."
