"Room .. ~OK, parking OK as I was early Told booking in 'after 17-00 but many booked in at 16-00 so i joined them ... timing need reviewing? Restaurant booked in OK then 20 minutes before anyone talked to, ordered drink and food, relishes tray arrived quickly and main course ordered. 20 minutes after relishes complete my main course arrived. no host 'food OK' question. staff very busy but provision should be made for such times. "We only stayed overnight as at a wedding at Hodsock Priory, this is an ideal hotel for the venue as only few minutes away. The rooms are lovely, very clean and modern, I particularly liked the mirrors in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, good choices available and just what we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We want to go back and try the evening meals another time. Definitely recommend the hotel though."
