"Lights over sink didn’t work. Toilet very hard to flush. Corners were filthy. Electrical outlet pulled out of socket with power strip plugged in with TV, microwave and refrigerator plugged into it. Entering the room light switch didn’t work so had to plug the light into the fixture. Dirty towels were left on floor two days in a row. Had to go ask for clean ones. "Not a place to come back to"

"The staff was friendly and helpful. Pam(I believe was her name) was great at the front desk. The first room we checked into(219) was dirty. Very dusty, toilet was dirty, shower was filthy, and had hair in it. Pam apologized and offered to switch our room. Go up to check 2nd room(209) and it wasn’t much better, but we settled because we wanted to be in the same hotel as our other family. My sister checked in the day before(217) and had the same issues. "The rooms are ok but the staff is great, especially Amber, and if you get a good housekeeper that’s huge. They offer a nice breakfast but not many dairy free options so I was unable to enjoy it. No dairy free milks, yogurts, or fresh fruits if you are vegan or have a dairy allergy and that’s a bummer however they do have around the clock hot coffee which was a bonus."

"the first room we got was still dirty, bed wasn’t made and had a horrible smell. They were very helpful with getting us a new room but even then the comforter has lots of animal hair and stains on it and when I went to get a new one they said they did not have any clean ones."
