"My one and only problem, was this. We checked and given room keys (card key) with instructions on how to get to our elevator. This hotel had a North and South tower. You need your card key to enter certain areas ( security) You also need your card key for your floor on the elevator. Once we got into the room, nothing worked?? My wife called the front desk but the line was busy. Then she suggested maybe the card key operates the room. Lo and behold there was a slot at the door for the card...

"We arrived from Canada early in the morning, and although our room was not ready, they did have a room that we could have. There was an additional fee for the early check-in, which we gladly paid. What we did not know was that it was a handicap room, which was not something we needed and, had we known, we would probably have turned it down. We did not partake of their breakfast, but had bought some items and used both the fridge and the microwave oven.

We were initially concerned about the noise from the bars/street across from us that we could here from our 3rd floor room on the east side facing Hope street. But the noise typically died down around 10pm.
