Very close to the CBD, plenty of cafes and restaurants in walking distance. The room was very large, clean and good views. Minor downside is a lack of toaster, microwave and cutlery. The Indian restaurant next door was excellent

Very well-designed apartment with a large walk-in wardrobe big enough for clothes, suitcases, shopping etc. So much better than putting cases on the floor near the beds, like in many types of accommodation. Also, two armchairs for watching TV and a large bathroom. Beware the steep driveaway if you're walking up to the property - good exercise though!

Lovely big rooms, a little dated but well maintained. Location is great and is walking distance to restaurants and shops. Check in was seamless and communication with the property was great as I had a later flight arrival after reception was closed. Only issue I really had was the noise from the upstairs apartment - it sounded like they were having sprinting races above me which wasn't ideal for the early start I was having the next morning. Liked it so much I am staying there again when I come to Launceston later in the year.

It was a gorgeous hideaway right in the middle of the city. Very beautiful room with lots of character. Windows looking out to the valley and sunsets. Staff were very helpful. Nice little touches with makeup cleaner, coat lint remover brush. Well done staff !!!

Its terrible that a dirty towel was left in our room. Shower wouldnt close prooerly and we were not made aware how noisy if someone was in the upstairs unit. Not great being woken up at 5.30 am on new years day

Staff was lovely and very knowledgeable. Close to the shops and any activities i planned. Room clean, spacious and a quiet location. I stayed one night when i arrived and then came back at the end of my trip for a 4 night stay. Each stay was great. Will be staying again, next time in Launceston

The 2 bedroom townhouse was perfect for our 6 night stay. Travelled there for a sporting event for our daughter. Rooms were tidy and clean, it had everything we needed. Location was great, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Having a laundry in the room was a bonus also! Would highly recommend

We stayed here for 5 nights. The room itself was great, big enough to "live" in rather than just stay in. The bathroom and shower was clean. As for location, once you get past the fact that it is a STEEP hill to get back to the rooms it could not be better located. Close to food, shops and only about 700m from civic square If the room needed anything it was a microwave. One of those in the room would have saved me a bit of bother! Staff were friendly, all in all we had a great stay. Its a super quiet location

We enjoyed our stay here, the room is a good size with a large, comfy bed. The bathroom felt as if it was recently renovated and was well presented with nice local toiletries. The room has a tv, sofa, small fridge and a kettle. Note that some rooms are upstairs and you will need to carry your luggage up one flight of stairs, request a ground floor room if this is a bother for you. Car parking is very close and free. Town is a 5-10 minute walk, restaurants are close by.

Unfortunately our night and morning wasn’t too pleasant. Constant stampeding from the room above whenever someone walks around. Then a loud constant squealing noise from the pipes when people are having showers in different rooms all morning. If you want to try and sleep in… just hope no one in other rooms want a shower in the morning. The room and reception upon check in was great. Cleanliness of room and staff were good.

I stayed here for business… each time another person within the same building showered a horrible almost endless high pitched sound was impossible to ignore for the entire duration of the shower. Never again

Was upgraded to a larger room which was great! Room and furniture were a bit dated but very, very well maintained. Shower door couldn’t open fully without scraping the floor and getting stuck. Poor design. Shower itself was old and low pressure but still ok to use. Toilet sat very high so not that comfortable for an average height person. A little difficult to find as the property is tucked behind some houses and the entry is via a very steep driveway. Not great if you didn’t have a car and suitcases and it’s a steep climb up if going out. Convenient location though. Customer service was fantastic! Extremely helpful! We checked in late after reception had closed but was able to access the room easily! Check out was simple too - just left the “clean my room” tag on the door and we were on our way! Great as it was prepaid and less interaction and waiting in queues like at other places! The customer service and the well maintained property along would make me recommend this place to anyone!
