" All the staff members were friendly and thoughtful.
The cabin was compact (pretty small) but modern, really clean and practical.
2 x Good swimming pool, 2 x Good Jumping pillow, for both little ones and bigger kids.
The staff and cleaners were working hard every day to keep this holiday resort nice and clean.
There is a massive playground including a big skate park nearby.
We had a great stay and so we would like to come back here one day. Highly recommend. "

"Upon arrival the staff at reception was warm and welcoming although when we checked into our room I was far from impressed. Our towels were dirty but had been folded in a way to try and disguise the dirtiness. The bed covers and sheets had stains on them which was appalling and the hot water didn’t work in our room. It says it’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel but honestly wouldn’t go past a 1 star. Very disappointed. "

"the place is great just don't expect too much. great for the price and affordable for family who just want to unwind.
we went down the wheeny creek with 4wd and had some kayaking or boating.
some walking tracks are abit overgrown.
doesn't have microwave.
nonetheless, will definitely come back"

"This place was peaceful and quiet and very clean.....my family love it.....we enjoy every morning sitting on our deck having a coffee or breakfast well we had rhe beautiful sun and the lake infront of our room......we just had so much fun and so did the kids.
I recommend this to anyone who want peace and quiet and love to be on their own....."

"From the moment we arrived I knew it was going to be a very pleasant experience. The staff were super lovely. The hotel is new and absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious. The complimentary waters were a nice touch. The Brit’s water station outside was nice. The only thing that I could suggest is that the parking cost is included with the room fee as it’s not a cheap place to stay. "
