"This hotel had a large clean parking lot, friendly staff, water in the lobby, good fresh ground for each cup coffee for breakfast, and a good bed. My only complaint is the bathroom needed a good scrubbing. It was not very clean. Normally that would be a huge drawback for me but everything else was good and the staff was great so I give it a 4/5 overall anyway. I would stay here again, but might just ask for a different room after checking the bathroom next time."

They hound anyone under 21 you can’t even stand by a garbage can away from slot machines when you’re with anyone under 21. We were waiting for family to come down elevators and we had to take 2 more steps until we were on cafe floor. It was kinda stupid but whatever. "Good service"

"Everything was good however our first day there the pool was closed for the entire day. No explanation was given, only a sign hung on the gate that said “POOL IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED” It was very hot there and we would have really liked to use the pool as I’m sure the other tenants would have as well. It was open the next day. Also the food and drinks in the pool snack bar are very much overpriced."

"Stayed here a couple times before and after remodeling. Excellent Casino and Rooms are clean. Standard rooms are great price and good. Machines might be somewhat tight food place available and affordable close to all the fun"

"The maid service was good but the ice machine was still broken worse yet internet and TV was off the whole time. Hotel was full but after it not being repaired by weekend people started leaving. Manager didn't care enough to give refund. He refused to give refund if you booked through Expedia. He didn't care if you left because he said he could book for $200 a night which he found out he couldn't with no TV no ice. It advertised laundry and that hasn't worked forever. "No pool no river access. I left after paying. Just ate the cost and went to needles motel 6. Nice pool, river is a few miles away. Never catch me in bullhead city again. Oh an any river access is miles in either direction and its 25 bucks"
