"We stayed for one night and found the room very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. We parked in the main town centre car park which is seven to eight minutes walk away. There is a vey nice Italian restaurant nearby which serves a delicious risotto. Be sure to try it out."

"We had an excellent stay. We stayed in the St Teilo room, which had a lovely, private, decked area outside the room, which made for a very cosy star-gazing evening. We twice ate at the hotel: for breakfast and the evening meal. The food was delicious and high quality. I had the pork wellington and fillet steak. Portion sizes are quite substantial. I had a small mountain of chips with my steak. A very cosy experience in a really quiet village. Didnโt hear a sound at night. Would definitely stay again."

I particularly appreciated the kindness and professionalism shown by management and staff during my stay. Any issue I had was dealt with thoughtfully and efficiently, which made a real difference. I would happily stay here again and would recommend the Imperial to anyone wanting a memorable stay with exceptional hospitality in one of Tenby's most beautifully situated hotels. A. Taggart :)"

"I considered giving this hotel 3โ3.5 stars, but the excellent staff genuinely lift it to a solid 4. We stayed three nights in early August with our two children and had a large room with two king beds. Housekeeping missed two items (a glass of stale cider and a pair of socks), which the receptionist quickly resolved. Otherwise, the room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had limited vegetarian options, but the teamโespecially Gainsleyโlooked after us brilliantly, providing vegetarian sausages daily and remembering our needs. Dinner also included thoughtful offโmenu vegetarian dishes. My wife enjoyed a relaxing massage, and although the pool is small, it was fine during our stay. The main issue was the mattresses in Room 51, which were extremely squeakyโloud enough to wake us despite being heavy sleepers. With two kids moving around, restful sleep was difficult. We raised this at checkout and suggested staff test the beds themselves. Despite this, the staff are outstandingโwarm, proactive, and genuinely caring. Fixing housekeeping lapses and replacing those mattresses would make the stay significantly better."
