"Not being familiar with the hotel, I booked first floor ocean view. I purposly arried around 11:00 to get familiar with the hotel and view of my room. I was not happy with the first floor since the view to the ocean was fully covered by the sand doone and overgrown grass. I immediately requested a change of location. I was lead to believe that I may be able to be moved to a higher room.. Unfortunately at checking time I was assigned the original room. I requested a change to any other accomodation. The supervisor who had already noted my request immediately provided another building option. It actually was a very good location and the change was a welcome. First floor ocen view, is not a good choice as the beautiful view is not available. Loved the ocean vew beach bar, very good service. air conditionng perfection, sice we had very hot temperatures. I provablly will go back next year for the 4th of July. One more thing, loved the breakfast."
