"On check in the manager ?? had already charged my card. He charged me $30 over the expedia booking price. The manager did not seem to know how expedia worked. He tried to help by ringing expedia, which was useless, the expedia was so useless I asked the manager to hand me the phone so i could clearly explain the situation.
