"Over all experience was terrible, from the moment I walked in. The guy at the front desk directed me to a kiosk to check in virtually… so I wondered why he was even there..
at the kiosk the guy checking me in virtually tried to charge me an xtra 60 dollars. When asked about the cost he couldn’t give me a straight answer. And we went back and forth until I was able to pull up Expedia receipt, at which point he just took the xtra charge off and ignored my question about why he was trying to charge me more in the first place.
Fast forward to my room. Immediately when I open the door I see that BOTH beds have huge stains on the bedding. I take one step in and can feel dust and sand under my feet, I can hear with every step the scratching on the floor from the layer of dirt on the floor. I look over and see that the mirror is dirty and practically falling off the wall. At this point I step back out and go immediately to the front office. Once I get there the guy upfront tries to tell me the room is clean, and the stains are permanent so there is not much he can do… to this reponse immediately request a refund which he denies, as according to him the room is clean… mind you I have a full video of me entering the room… he then tried to give me another room, which was also dirty and with coffee stains on the walls and food under the desk.
This place should not pass health inspection!"
