"The feel of the hotel as you enter is cosy/familiar. The decor although not conventional is easy on the eye. The room was good, comfortable bed, good space in the bathroom, nice shower but the air-conditioning was a little noisy. Breakfast was very good avoiding the use of a buffet but just as extensive. We did not use the restaurant for any other meals. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful."

"StradomHouse Krakow was outstanding. I couldn’t recommend it more. The staff is incredible in particular the restaurant staff such as Oliver and The Concierge Michael and The lobby support Bart all were very helpful for me and getting my plans in order and other traveling needs. The hotel was clean and very luxurious. Beyond that it was most perfectly centrally located. You’re right across the street from Saint Paul and Peters Cathedral where you can go and see Chopin concerts and right across the street from Wawal Palace and the river. There is wonderful shopping all around too, and the main Square is close and all the main attractions. You should book your stay here."

"The hotel was nice over all, good location and nice rooms, however only one pillow per person in the bed, with little to no neck support. On the second day I went to reception to ask if I could have an extra pillow and was told they had no spare pillows and to ask again the next day, which I did, again no spare pillows. It’s such a shame because had they either had better quality pillows in the first place, or at least a spare upon request, I wouldn’t have woken up through the night every night with dead arms, shoulder and neck pain. Sleep deprivation when you’re trying to enjoy a holiday is frustrating, especially given the size of the hotel it’s hard to imagine there was no spare pillows throughout the whole hotel. The staff were ok but not very helpful or empathetic and didn’t really seem to care for guest comfort."

"Very helpful staff, let us stay a little bit longer no charge as had late flight. didn't have breakfast so can't comment. big rooms,comfy bed only negative could of done with a couple more milk packets for the coffee. Would definitely stay again"
