"Pet friendly and great service"

"The hotel staff was welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately, the bathroom floor was very dirty and had multiple hairs all over it. I showed photos to the front desk and was told that it would be addressed with housekeeping. "

"We didn’t even stay at this hotel, it was absolutely not what was described online. The pool was green the furniture was broken there were white stains all over the chair. The sheets were not changed a looked like someone had went to the bathroom on them ."
