"Check in was 3. We got here at 3:15ish. They let me check in but then said they were backed up it wasn't clean. We were told to come back in 35-45 minutes. We came back 4:10ish and went on up to the 4th floor to go to our room. Unfortunately we walked into a not clean room. When we were getting on the elevator a girl pushing the cleaning cart was getting off it and she was on the phone. Like on a FaceTime call. So we came down and to the lobby area to use the restroom. As I was standing there waiting for my sister there was a staff member at the counter not once acknowledging me. The guy that checked me in came from the back, saw me and said 4th floor? I said yes, he said it should be clean I said it's not, the lady that ignored me said, in a not so friendly tone, no they just now got to the 4th floor. So we left. Came back at like 5:10ish (so 2hrs after check in) I asked the guy at the counter if it was ready he said it should be cause 421 was so 409 should be. We go up and when I open the door the girl says oh shoot. She's still on the phone. It was propped up against the coffee pot. She had ear buds in. I said still not ready. She said I'm finishing mopping up. So we came back down. I told the guy he made a hump sound as in it figures. Finally 30 minutes later it was clean. While we were waiting on the lobby anther lady came in to check in and was told her booking was canceled the day before. She asked by who cause she didn't. He informed her they were overbooked. "
