"Owners care about the money only, not about the guests comfort. We were given an apartment with no hot water, and since we got to the flat late in the evening, the problem wasn’t solved until the day after, when we were told to return to the place to check out so they can clean the apartment and move us to another place. La tv no tenía canales en castellano estando en España , ni ningún tipo de información del hotel estaba en castellano. Y la información era engañosa había una botella de vino de cortesía y luego la cobraron cuando no estaba indicado precio en ningún sitio, la atención del personal nefasta y lo peor admiten mascotas, a la tarde 4 horas después del check in en el que no nos dijeron nada ,...

"We had a wonderful stay and were very impressed with the service. Communication was excellent from start to finish, with everything clearly explained and well organized. The team was kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location, just 2 minutes from the beach and right in the centre. There were at least five large supermarkets within a 3-minute walk, which made everything incredibly convenient. When an unexpected water leakage...

Lopesan Villa del Conde Resort & Thalasso

8/10 Good

"A really nice seat at a 4 star Hotel."

eó Maspalomas Resort

10/10 Excellent

"I really liked this property - friendly staff at reception and on the bar and generally just a nice place to stay - was clean and tidy The only thing that I think they could make an improvement on is adding some tea / coffee / milk to the room - I know it’s a self catering place inside the room - but it would be a nice touch - and maybe a few welcome biscuits too- great place to stay - I was alone - but think families would love it here too - only took a few minutes to walk to Yumbo and a short taxi to the lighthouse / beach"

Santa Catalina, a Royal Hideaway Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We had an incredible stay, the staff were always helpful and nothing was too much. A real treat of a week and couldn't fault it. Comfortable rooms, beds, great shower. Good to share, the shopping area (with alternative restaurants and bars) is close by and the nicer beach max 30min walk again with some lovely places to eat and have sundowners. Thank you to all the staff and we would definitely visit again."

Axel Beach Maspalomas - Adults Only

10/10 Excellent

"Property is conveniently located for local bars and restaurants and minutes away from Yumbo Centrum. Very clean, daily housekeeping and lovely staff. Strongly recommend the poolside bar- drinks and staff are amazing! Overall staff are very helpful, and helped make it a fantastic stay"

Hotel Silken Saaj Las Palmas

8/10 Good

"The hotel is perfectly situated across from a beach and a bus stop from the airport with a walkway that isn’t far. The only downside, is that since it’s a on a motorway you can hear the traffic if the soundproof windows aren’t fully working. The staff are very helpful and friendly."
