The room was nice, kept clean. The staff are lovely The pool is basically non existent but that doesn't matter as you're beach front anyway Breakfast choice was poor and nothing that was supposed to be warm was warm. Breakfast spoils the hotel

Amazing hotel with great facilities such as swimming pool. Hotel is located a minute away from the beach and there are multiple dining options and coffee shops. Very friendly staff and fabulous cleaning team who is always very nice and helpful.

My family and I had an amazing few days at this hotel in Gran Canaria. The ocean views were spectacular, the staff was very friendly, and the rooms were comfortable. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the beach, with great weather and excellent local food options. A perfect experience to relax with family. We would definitely come back!

Nice hotel, low cleaning standards

The hotel location is perfect, the design is good, but we had to change 3 rooms before finding something ok for our needs. The staff was very nice and tried their best to help us on our stay. In my opinion breakfast wasn’t good enough, no healthy options. Unfortunately it didn’t reached my cleaning requirements.

Pretty perfect

Loved the hotel & location was brilliant. 2 small criticisms. A hot water urn at breakfast would be great to save us tea drinkers waiting at the coffee machine for hot water. No drawers in rooms! Even a bedside compartment would be nice. We will certainly return to this hotel as pretty much perfect 😀

Good location, but not cleanliness

Good location, very good breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed 4 nights, bed sheds never been changed and balcony nebus floor never cleaned. Cleaner thinks is ok to clean just a room floor but not balcony’s floor. So if you eat in a balcony and drop something after you will have a pegeons in it

This is a Hotel in the center.of the city, dont expect it be surrounded by clean streets. Through the hotel on clean and the rooms are also clean and spacious, one day some electrical line was down and the AC was not working, problem solved the next day as well as the water skewer in the shower was clogfed and they did their best to solve it. Breakfast included was exceptional, the restaurant had really good food if you opted to dine in, price is just, based the area and the location of the city you are in. Parking was not an easy task, you had to park a few blocks down a d it was 20 euros per night, if you were lucky enough to fibd a spot in the street then you saved extra bucks there. Overall I believe is a good hotel to stay near the center, but if you are looking atmore beachy tourist places, then you would have to look at the aouth.

Grand Stay in Gran Canaria

The hotel is modern, clean, comfortable, and located right on the beautiful beach of Las Palmas. The staff was professional, informative, friendly, and helpful. Everyone spoke excellent English. The hotel has an on-site restaurant serving excellent food with a wide selection of chef-quality choices ranging from Spanish, European and Western dishes. A breakfast buffet is provided with a broad selection of foods ranging from juices and cereals to a broad selection of pastries, tortilla, and waffles. 5-stars. The room was spacious with a view of the ocean and modern, eco-friendly furnishings. Very clean and accommodating. Again 5-stars. There is adjacent parking along the street and a taxi right outside the hotel. There is a supermarket next door and modern Laundromat within a block. A taxi ride to the airport takes about 30 minutes. There is a Hop-on Hop-off stop within a ten minute walk of the hotel. The bus enables site-seeing of Las Palmas' numerous cultural and historic locations. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.
