The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the beautiful receptionist spent time showing us a map of the area and pointed out all places of interest to visit. The hotel was immaculate as was our very spacious room which was cleaned daily by a lovely friendly cleaning lady who offered fresh sheets and towels if required. There was also on offer a range of fresh continental breakfast foods with tea, coffee and juices. The receptionist also booked our taxi back to the airport and made sure it was on time. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit the island. Highly recommend this hotel.

The accommodation was very basic but clean and location is excellent. The front desk was not always staffed and had to wait for a few minutes for a very helpful lady to arrive and get the check-in done. It was however quite difficult to communicate with the man who took over for the remainder of my stay. All in all, I'd stay there again but in an upgraded room.

Great location, updated rooms, and super friendly staff. This hotel was perfect for us. The hotel staff, Juan Fernando, was unbelievably helpful. This will be our go-to hotel for all future visits to Las Palmas. I highly recommend this hotel.

A one person renter will probably have no problem with the room. First, the desk clerk did not speak English and has a hard time when we explained our problem. The bathroom had mold in the corners, the toilet paper holder was broken and the toilet paper constantly fell on the floor. The couch bed was just a bed, no couch. The mattress and pillow also had mold. Expedia was informed and they and the hotel management negotiated charging for one night and a cancellation fee. We were told to see the manager the next morning. When we returned the next day, the manager refused to accommodate the agreement and refused to negotiate charging for the week. Horrible customer service.

Kein Deutsch oder Englisch möglich. Sehr nach Rauch riechend und nicht möglich sich zu verständigen, außer mit einem spanischen Translator. Zimmer ok, Bad noch Haare des Vorgängers und sehr hellhörig. Würde es nicht wieder buchen. Auch die Matratzen nicht gut. Sehr schade.
