Sleeping with fish

I work in Gran Canaria this winter as a rep and needed a little getaway for my self. This was the perfect place! A short walk to the aquarium, technological museum, the beach, food on every corner and so on. Even being so central it was still easy to fall asleep as it was no noise during the night. The staff was really helpful and friendly with personal recommendations for things to eat and do. Would definitely come back.

A hotel to be avoided

Hotel location is above a restaurant in a central area.High noise level, hard to sleep. Two star hotel highly overpriced. Front desk available during the day and only at certain time. Access in hotel is only at certain time, you need a door code to open the door.

Pretty but sticky

This is a pretty place to stay and should be very good but there’s a few issues. The air conditioning is hot and Miss which meant for a few sweaty nights. The I’m room coffee machine also need to work. Felt let down. But if all is fixed it’ll still be good place to stay for a short break

The hotel was clean. The room had a comfortable double bed and a tolerable sofabed. The surroundings were as expected in a city; loud noise in the night, but the long, thick curtains in the room were fine. When the room was sold as a four-person- room it was surprising to only find coffe/cups/glasses for two. But the really turn off was that the toilet as well as the shower was inside the hotel room, only dividend from the rest of the room with a glass door in half height. That means no privacy during toilet visit or shower - and very bad hygienically.

Das Zimmer war im ersten Stock, direkt über einer Außenbar. Dementsprechend laut war es im Zimmer und Küchengerüche waren zeitweise zu riechen. Zimmern für 3 Personen gebucht und sollten anfangs das 3te Bett selbst aufbauen. Die Zimmer sind sehr freizügig da es kein wirklich abgetrenntes Bad gibt. Das alles ist aber noch handelbar. Schlimmer ist das das Frühstück 22€ bei Expedia kostet und man dann erfährt das es Vorort nur 9€ beträgt. Also ohne Frühstück buchen und Vorort regeln ist die bessere Wahl.

Necesita aislamiento acústico con urgencia

Mi experiencia durante dos días ha sido muy negativa por la falta de aislamiento acústico. El hotel está en una zona de tapeo muy frecuentada. La cadena hotelera necesita urgentemente aislar las habitaciones o bajar mucho el precio de éstas porque no podrás dormir hasta las 7:00AM. Decir lo contrario del personal de recepción, muy profesional y atento. Constantemente esforzándose para que la estancia sea agradable. Desafortunadamente ellos no pueden hacer nada respecto al ruido o al agua de la ducha que al cerrar la puerta la empuja hacia fuera empapando todo el baño.

Comfortable, clean and freindly

An excellent position and well decorated rooms but the entrance is completely underwhelming. Quite difficult to actually find the entrance. No facilities for washing cups, plates etc. Various maintenance issues including cold showers, leaking toilet cistern and fridge dissappearing into cutout but overall a pleasant stay.

Rekommenderas inte med tanke på priset. Hade bokat svit med takterrass. Kvällen för ankomst fick vi veta att den plötsligt inte var tillgänglig. Fick ett rum mot gatan ”med balkong”. Visade sig dock vara fransk balkong, inget som gick att sitta på. Utsikt över soptunnor som tömdes av bullrig sopbil flera gånger om dagen. Renoverat men uselt planerat rum. Inget separat badrum. Toa i ena hörnet, dusch i andra. Allt med glasväggar och väldigt lyhört.

En sintesis muy buena estancia

Es un hotel ubicado cerca Del puerto de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, no tienes estacionamiento pero se puede aparcar en la zona azul de las áreas de alrededor , las habitaciones son bonitas recién reformada pero el baño no tiene privacidad y le faltan unos detalles como una papelera dentro de la habitación que no sea la del baño,un lugar donde colocar el champú y el acondicionador o un dispensador dentro de la ducha por lo demás una estancia agradable almohadas y colchones comodos.. faltan detalles de limpieza del baño ( encontré pelos en la ducha)

Nice hotel in good location

Very nice and exactly how described on the website. Nice staff, helpful. Breakfast is served in a cafe about 100m down the road and it was rather average, on a small side. Wouldn't book room woth breakfast next time. Good location. Overall in libe with expectations

La habitación es muy acogedora y moderna. Hace falta una nevera pequeña al menos para meter algunas cosas, como por ejemplo agua fresca. También comentar que a cada momento se escuchaba el agua de un bajante caer algo muy molesto a la hora de dormir y que para colmo me desperté dos veces por el ruido de mosquitos.

La verdad que no ha sido buena la experiencia con respecto a la limpieza ( y más con el tema del Covid) ya que había pelos en la bañera ( diferentes ) cucaracha en el baño , bicho dentro de la caja fuerte , el hotel es nuevo y las instalaciones están muy bien pero deja mucho que desear la limpieza .
