"The place is a rental property rather than a hotel. The host Carla was very friendly and responsive. The view was amazing. However, the property could use some serious work. There were holes on the wall, stains on the couch, splashes on the kitchen window shades, mold or stains on bathroom ceiling. The bathroom sink doesn’t work. Walls are paper thin that you can hear everything from the next door neighbor. The bedroom AC doesn’t work properly, that it doesn’t cool and was very noisy. The...

"We stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. Justin at the front desk was exceptional and went above and beyond to help us, especially with translation when we faced a language barrier. There was also a Russian lady working at the front desk who was extremely helpful and professional. We only had breakfast during our stay, and it was absolutely delicious. "We paid months ahead as with many other accommodations, which we've never had any issues with. This place was hard to find so we called to clarify directions, and we were told if we didn't have a 4x4 that it wasn't possible to get to (which was NOT mentioned on the booking site on Expedia) We were left to scramble and find a place to stay last minute which was inconvenient and cost a lot more. We were also informed we would be given the money back but months later we still haven't seen it. "
