"Breakfast was ok the fruits were fresh but the gallo pinto to dry. The rooms are big but outdated. No air conditioning. The surrounds are beautiful. If you don’t need air conditioned you will be fine. The bed is not comfortable neither the pillows. "

"Staff took us to our room only to make us move again after we settled in because she took us to the wrong room, but would not admit her mistake and lied to us instead. Found large bug on our bed crawling. Found more bugs on the ceiling and mosquito flying around in the room and a large beetle on the floor. Lamb burger for dinner meat was undercooked. Told receptionist about everything and they said and did nothing. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Rancho de Lelo. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. They booked activities for us in Monteverde and recommended a great restaurant. The breakfast was quick and fresh. It was a pretty property though we didn’t get to explore much as we spent most of our time up in Monteverde. "

"My stay at sangregado lodge was great. The room was beautiful. It was raining a lot but we still had an opportunity to see the volcano straight from our room. Staff was very attentive and nice. We didn’t rent a car but we had access to shuttles and taxis that could take us anywhere. I think id recommend getting a car though as it might be a bit more cost efficient, but overall either is doable. There’s a lot of winding roads and there are no restaurants on the property so we had to travel about...

"Located on the edge of the main town, greeting was warm and full of smiles which was followed by extensive information on the facilites and of many local excursions - we booked a local night walk which was perfectly managed. Room was compact but roomy enough to relax with a small open balcony. Breakfast was hearty with 4 or 5 options alongside unlimited beverages - local juices recommended. Add in free parking, simply perfect all around"

"I cannot say enough about our stay here. The owner helped my friend picking herbs and making a tea to settle her stomach. They ensured we had enough towels and checked in daily with us. Theu staff were very helpful. They have just added 2 new rooms and the views aroind the property were perfect. There is a swinging bridge you walk over to get to breakfast in the morning and they follow their schedule it was perfect and i am already planning my next visit back"

"Don't hesitate,this place is amazing. We stayed in the 3 bed/3bath villa with a private pool. The pool was heated and so warm that we stayed in it for hours. The sunset view can't be beat better than any ocean view we've had. There were many different birds all day long. The beds were comfortable and there was so much room. " We stayed in the honeymoon suite and the room had one of the most spectacular view I’ve ever seen in Costa Rica. The room was clean and very spacious, with modern sinks, toilet, and showers. The bed was very comfortable, true to other reviews. Food at the resort is very good, though cocktails were a little disappointing for the price. Make sure you take the offered jungle hike and wear decent sneakers or hiking boots. It is absolutely gorgeous and we had fun for a couple of hours taking in...

"Super Lage direkt am Eingang des Cloudforest, Parkplätze stehen auch direkt an der Unterkunft zu Verfügung. Mietwagen ist von Vorteil da die Lage doch etwas abgelegen ist. Die beiden Whirlpools sind das Highlight! Die Küche ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt"

"The pools were filthy, on the border they had a layer of something greasy. The room was “premium” it had an exclusive pool. the shower didn’t worked properly. No AC control. There were bedbugs. The balcony was nice The food in general was bad, in some cases disgusting… when I asked for some ingredients for allergy they didn’t know and didn’t bother to follow back.
