"This is our go to place when we fly into San Jose, there is a shuttle that picks you up at the quarter to every hour right outside of arrivals. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, we learned to always ask for a first floor room because there is no elevators and to carry your luggage up the stairs or do you have to have a staff member do it was inconvenient and not comfortable. The rooms are very nice. The beds were nice. The bathrooms were clean. There’s lots of hot water. The pool is very nice and pretty and breakfast was full of different variety."
