"My vehicle got towed from this property and the staff was not helpful at all they said they didn’t know anything about it like don’t y’all have people watching the property the bathroom was not cleaned properly their was hair all over their shampoo,conditioner and body wash bottles their shower curtain was all ripped up we found a bed bug witch was absolutely disgusting almost made us want to check out but we had to put up with it because we where down here in Trinidad because of a family funeral I wouldn’t recommend this property if I ever visit Trinidad again I’ll rather stay at the quinta or holiday inn"

"There are areas of the hotel that are under construction and not available. We only used the stay as an overnight stop on a road trip, so it was of limited impact to us. The room we had was spacious and clean. Hotel felt secure, and staff was pleasant. Breakfast was OK, nothing exciting, but typical for this brand/style of hotel."

"Very basic place to stay. The rooms were clean and property is well cared for. The food at the restaurant was terrible. Staff was decently friendly. Parking felt safe and the area was quiet. Over all not a bad place to sleep but would not recommend if u need amenities. "
