Parking was included just steps from the building and the property was very well maintained. Our suite was sparkling clean, the kitchenette had everything needed for our stay, the bathtub was amazing, and the bed was supremely comfortable. "Well located. Easy walk to central Dunedin. Rooms look out to a courtyard with lovely trees and plants. Nice room with a well stocked kitchen. Parking was very limited and getting luggage to our room was challenging— longish walk to the elevator (outside) but the room was worth it and I would recommend staying here."

"Stayed in a 2-bed unit and although well appointed and pleasantly decorated, we found the downstairs bedrooms to be very cold, with the wall heaters and bedding insufficient to keep you warm at night. The upstairs lounge/kitchen area definitely benefited from a heat pump. Another plus was the spacious bathroom with heated towel rack, heater and excellent shower pressure. Parking, while available and free, can be tight to manoeuvre into and out off depending on your car size and unit location."

"Had to ask for the heat to be turned on. After the room never got any warmer had to call front desk. They brought up a portable heater which did help. Turned heater off for the night and room temperature went back down by the morning. Also, it’s necessary to navigate stairs to get to room. Elevator does not open at floor level "

"At check in the host was extremely rude to my 18 year old daughter because she was a uni student. Due to this experience and clear discrimination against her I would not recommend this place. "

"All amenities were clean and well presented. Bathroom door needed some attention as the top hinge needed tightening. Our car had to be parked away from the hotel due to parking shortages."
