Absolutely every surface was dirty and in disrepair. They seemed extremely understaffed and their staff didn’t seem to be trained in even the basics of checking in or out. We noted mold, strong cigarette odors, broken electrical fixtures and spiders in the room and the bed didn’t look to be clean or made properly with the bedding just kinda thrown into place."
