"Lovely Boutique Hotel, beautifully designed and a treat for the eyes. Breakfast was amazing and the best start into our quiet mornings. Loved the attention to detail and the owners/staff take hosting guests to another level.
Would recommend staying here to unwind and enjoy Lanzarote - off mainstream tourism."

"We stayed in the adults only section.
Room was decent and although we had an air con issue on the first day, the maintenance team resolved it right away. Staff were always lovely and friendly happy to help. Laura and Naomi on reception were very helpful and accommodating and Chef/Ches in catering was funny and very good at his job, always very quick service.
Plenty of sunbeds.
Spa was okay, a bit small and sauna wasnt working. Had a treatment was okay but more light touch than deep tissue....
"Nice room. But I really didn’t like the cleaner simply walking in at 9am while I was getting ready for a shower. She did the same thing an hour later when I was working. Please tell staff they should at least knock and wait a few seconds for an answer before entering a room.
The WiFi is not particularly good.
The outdoor bars aren’t very nice and need more staff.
The food was ok though nothing special."
"Nous avons été reçus comme des rois: petites attentions dès notre arrivée, un appartement très bien agencé, délicatement parfumé avec tout le confort que l'on attendait. Notre hôte a été des plus accueillants et nous a même accompagné à l'aéroport à 5h45 du matin suite au désistement de notre taxi. Plus qu'une adresse, c'est un joli cocon que vous trouverez. "Mediocre yet very expensive stay. One bar stank strongly of puke for the whole duration of our stay. Unfortunately the bathtowel point was also around there which meant they also smelled, even when ‘fresh’. Hotel did nothing to prevent sunbed hoggers which meant that we struggled to find a place when we wanted to spend some time by the pool, even though there were fewer people in the pool than occupied sunbeds. Have discovered that all-inclusive resorts are definitely not for me but will...
