Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Very close to MSU campus. The breakfast was very good too.

The room has seen better days. It looked run down. Stains on the carpet and on the furniture. The lampshade had sharpie scribbled on it.

Hyatt House Lansing University Area
The stay was good, however when I arrived, it took at least 5 mins for staff to appear from the back and when I was leaving staff members were talking and took a while to acknowledge me.
