"We arrived at the gates & pressed the buzzer for them to be opened. No reply. We tried for 30 minutes. We phoned the hotel several times, but no answer. Fortunately a guest arrived & used her pass key to
open the gates for us. We drove in & walked into the reception area. No staff. We waited for another 30 minutes to be told by a fellow guest that the staff were in the main hotel 1km away. We then drove there for our key. The concierge pointed out that our room was in the accommodation block not...
