"This place is excellent value for the price. Our room was small but very functional with everything we needed. Very clean and without unpleasant smells. The reason for not giving it 10/10 is that the shower didn’t work at all. It was too late at night to bring this up to staff but I am pretty they were aware of the problem or at least should have been and should have taken care of it before we checked in."

"The hotel is officially a 2-star but I do not know why - it is at least 3 stars IMO as far as the criteria typically used for classification. The two rooms I had reserved were both extremely well-appointed with in-room coffee, jacuzzis, and beautiful views. They were also very quiet. The staff was quite helpful. The only downside, which is really nothing wrong with the hotel itself, is that it is a couple of blocks down from the center of Port Townsend rather than right in the midst of it, but this was not a problem, it was just an extra 7-8 minute walk to the center. The reason I'd give it a 3 instead of 4 relates to things which really did not inconvenience us but which take it a click down from 4-star - no bathrobes, no on-site restaurant or convenience shop, no room service and the check-in desk isn't staffed overnight. Apart from these issues it was an excellent stay - I'd gladly return to this hotel on my next visit."

"I’ve stayed here several times and will continue to do so. Bedrooms: even the most standard room has a separate bedroom. The ac wasn’t working but we are barely in the room so it was fine. A fan was provided. Bathroom: standard. Our tub was completely clogged and they sent a maintenance person within 5min and he fixed it in 10min. It was so fast. Pool: keep in mind it’s salt water. More of a leisure pool and it’s never too busy which is great. Hot tub: not crazy hot but hot enough. The jets didn’t work on our last two visits. Staff: top notch. Everyone is wonderful. Location: excellent, close to everything."

"Had a wonderful stay at Coachman Inn, we stayed in a 6-person bedroom, kitchenette was generous, with a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, and pots, pans, spoons, dishware, etc. We only stayed one night as a transition on our National Parks loop but we envisioned easily staying longer given the lovely and varied buffet breakfast (with toasty coffee and signature gravy and biscuits), kitchenette amenities, and comfortable bedding/room space & storage! The decoration and maintenance was grogeous and really elavated our stay, and the 2 hot tubs were perfect for relaxing! The staff was very friendly and welcoming-Shoutout to Dana who was so gracious to us during our short stay!"
