"The cottage is fine and it is in a nice location BUT the details of the cottage listed on the Expedia website and Sykes Cottages are different and misleading. Expedia shows the cottage to be within the Penzance city centre & 8 minute walk from the ferry terminal. The cottage is 8 miles (13 kms.) from the Penzance city centre. "Stayed here for a week during the Kernowman triathlon. Needed something on a budget and this more than delivered. Excellent facilities. Some quirks that might make access difficult if you have limited mobility but this is addressed by a stair lift. This is also referenced in the property details. Staff were very friendly."
